Left: what the fleet shipped. Middle: the same screen after today's rescue pass. Right: the pinned concept frame you approved — the design contract every screen is graded against.
What was wrong: a test demanded 4 progress dots, so a worker hid four invisible 1×1px fake dots off-screen to pass it. Headline ignored the Title Case rule. Fixed: hack deleted, test rewritten, “Trussville's Bottle Shop, Delivered.”

What was wrong: two competing step indicators (“02 / 04” and dots), unlabeled date boxes, a washed-pink disabled button as the first impression, and vapor copy. Fixed: one “Step 2 of 4”, labeled Month / Day / Year fields, an honest ID-check card, neutral disabled state.

What was wrong: the same helper sentence printed twice, plus “For this demo, enter any six digits. No message is sent.” shipped to customers. Fixed: deduped, demo leak replaced, two concrete benefit rows added.

What was wrong: the alerts toggle rendered teal — react-native-web ignores Switch track colors, so a stock iOS-green/teal control sat inside a burgundy brand. Fixed: custom burgundy toggle (with real switch accessibility), demo copy replaced with the actual perk mechanics.

What was wrong: every “bottle” was the same neckless rounded rectangle in one flat color — the single biggest reason nothing felt like a liquor store. Gin was painted wine-burgundy. The “All” chip said “All” twice. Fixed: a real silhouette system (shouldered bourbon, long-neck wine, square tequila, clear vodka, can packs) with the sheet's category gradients, and a shelf-grid glyph for All.

What was wrong: Buffalo Trace rendered as a gray slab — the screen never passed the product's category, so every hero fell back to “mixers” silver. Fixed: category wired through; the hero is finally bourbon-colored glass.

What was wrong: rectangle bottle art through the whole list. Fixed: real silhouettes per line item; the contract's delivery-or-pickup frame lives on as the segmented toggle up top; free-delivery runway and the add-on rail (“Forgetting Something?”) carry the McDonald's upsell job.

What was wrong: a 340px framed AI line-art poster in a second, clashing illustration style, then a canyon of dead space. Fixed: compact flat-vector empty bag in the app's own art language, with a deal-first CTA.

What was wrong: customers could read “Place a fixture order first…”, “reserved in this front-end demo”, “Store preparation is not connected in this demo.” Fixed: every tracking step now speaks like the store — counter team packs, driver heads out, updates by text.

What was wrong: a pink lozenge floated behind the drop bottle, the countdown read digits-first with its label underneath, and the “Coming Up” countdown was white text on a white background — an invisible block the reshoot caught. Fixed: bottle floats free on burgundy, label sits above the digits, upcoming rows use compact dark digits.

What was wrong: a floating line-art coin PNG (second art style again) and a heading that didn't match the job. Fixed: guest view rebuilt around the three mechanics that actually sell it — $5 credit, 1 point per $1, Vault access.

What was wrong: settings narrated the demo (“choices stay local to this demo session”). Fixed: it just talks about texts and preferences like a shipped product.
